In the pool
The day we got to Sanibel there were two other families there, each with two kids, but then they left the next day and we mostly had the pool to ourselves the rest of our trip. The big boys continued to amaze us with their jumping, diving, and cannonballs as well as diving for diving sticks and rings and rockets. Reed got more and more comfortable with his swimmies and by halfway into the trip he was bobbing around by himself, propelling himself around by kicking and pulling, and jumped in by himself and even swam back and got back out by himself.

Sanibel
We returned last night from a week in Sanibel with Grandma Joanie and Grandpa Stu. More videos and stories to come as we upload videos and pictures but this is a glimpse of Reed on the beach.

Building
Theo with his paper fish made from the Christmas card from Joanne and Alex that we just put together.
Beckett's been getting pretty into Knex in the last week or two. He spent a while over the weekend building a caterpillar, a hummingbird, and a praying mantis.

MOST Trip
It was too cold Sunday to do anything outside, and the ski mountain was closed for some reason, and we had to get the big guys out of the house because they were driving each other and us crazy. Theo moaned and groaned about going to the MOST because he was too scared, and it wasn't going to be fun, and so I had to forcibly take of his pajamas and get him dressed. Then of course as soon as we got there he ran into the museum and laughed and ran and had a great time. Go figure.
There is a cool interactive climbing wall exhibit there where you can climb to reach for rocks that give you points. Theo thought it was pretty neat and traveled a good way across the wall. Beckett did some climbing but also spent a good amount of time jumping to see if he could reach the rocks without climbing.
The boys have just gotten into Knex building pieces at home and there were two huge building stations at the MOST with bigger wheels than we have in our set at home. They had a great time building cars and then Beckett built a race track where they raced their cars. Theo's went straight and won; Beckett's veered off to the side and crashed. Then they abandoned their cars and tackled a huge pile of blocks.
