Skyzone trip with friends
Over Christmas break the boys took some of their friends with them to the trampoline park and had a lot of fun playing basketball and dodgeball and climbing up the wall.

Bald eagle walks on Onondaga Lake
We took a lot of walks at Onondaga Lake this winter. It's nice because there's no traffic and also because you have a good shot at seeing a bald eagle or two. I never saw a bald eagle til I was an adult, and the kids have seen them so many times here!

A week in New Mexico
Claire is one of my dearest friends. She had her first baby in September 2022 and I'm so thankful she took me up on my offer to come spend some time in New Mexico easing her transition back to work in December. I got five spectacular days with a spectacularly luscious and delightful baby, as well as the whole Herrick/Mitchell clan. I loved every minute of my time with their family!
