The day before the boys' birthday we met Auntie Alexis at the Museum of Play for a day exploring. Every time I think the boys may be getting too old for the Museum of Play, they suggest going and then have a blast. It was a beautiful day so the museum was even more empty than usual on a weekday. We had most rooms to ourselves. The boys play so beautifully with Alexis' girls, and I think the girls being younger makes Theo and Beckett relax into enjoying a more younger-kid-friendly place. We also lucked out by being gifted a huge number of arcade tokens as an older couple was leaving, so we had even more time than usual doing air hockey, car racing, and shoot-em-up games in the arcade.
