Theo and Beckett's school has quarterly "parent engagement" events, and the one in December was "think like a toy designer." Every student got a grab bag of weird supplies that they could use to build a toy. They had fun trying things out and it was fun for me to see their classmates and their teacher and get a sense of what happens in their classroom every day.
