Updates

Last week the boys and Mama all came down with some kind of nasty upper respiratory infection. It made me stuffy by the weekend but the boys seemed to have good days and bad days. By Saturday we all needed to go to the doctor, where both boys were diagnosed with double ear infections and I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and bronchitis. Jeff still seems to be doing fine but the rest of us are on antibiotics. After they got back from the doctor I painted the boys' toenails and they took a bath.

Also last weekend we experimented with separating the boys. They have been fighting a LOT, both at school and at home, and it seemed like they were due for some time apart. So Daddy drove Theo to Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Greg's house Sunday morning, and Grandpa Greg brought him back Monday evening. Beckett had a whole day at school and afterschool by himself, and Theo had a whole two days by himself with grandparents. Both boys had a great time, as reported by all, which has solidified in my mind that separate classrooms would be ideal for them next year AND that we should make more of an effort to separate them and have special time with each of them, either with us or with other special people in their lives. 
 
Tuesday was the first legitimately beautiful day of the spring, FINALLY. We enjoyed some bubble time in the backyard.
